
Mithila Gargatte Jotwani is the Principal Architect and Proprietor of mind’s i architects, Hubli, a practice she founded in 2013 to create spaces that are imaginative, purposeful, and enduring. With a career that spans architectural practice, teaching, and design leadership, she brings a distinctive blend of creative vision and technical expertise to every project.
Her early professional journey began with Sunil Patil & Associates in Kolhapur (2008), followed by work at Jaisim Fountainhead, Bangalore (2009–2011), where she honed her approach to contextual and concept-driven design. She later served as Associate Architect at Oblique Design Studio, Bangalore (2011), before transitioning into academia as Assistant Professor at BVBCET, Hubli (2011–2023).
As Principal Architect at mind’s i architects, she leads projects across architecture, interiors, and restoration, with a growing reputation for sensitive transformations of independent villas. Her work is guided by the ethos of Inspire, Innovate, Sustainable — blending observation, imagination, and responsibility into every design.
